Да просто раньше кооператив не мешал «верхам» наживаться. А как только на горизонте замаячили реальные деньги, сразу появились желающие их «поправить». Вся эта система так и устроена — людей ставят перед выбором: либо соглашайтесь с нашей версией, либо останетесь ни с чем. Люди ведь не собирались терять свое жилье и вложения — их вынудили к этому, лишив возможности нормально распоряжаться своими деньгами.
